Shipping Policy
We at PAWA want to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM (GMT+1) or during weekends will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your location.
Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Domestic orders in Poland typically arrive within 1–3 business days after processing.
International delivery may take between 2–30 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.
Shipping times may vary during holidays, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier delays).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your order using the link provided or by visiting the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
However, certain destinations may have legal or logistical restrictions, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders based on shipping limitations.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
6. Address Accuracy
Please make sure all shipping information is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
If the address is incorrect and a package is returned or requires re-shipment, additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Items

If the item is confirmed as damaged upon arrival, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

9. Shipping Delays
We make every effort to ship on time, but delivery dates may be affected by events beyond our control.
In case of a significant delay, we will inform you and assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., engraved pieces or products with initials) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Contact us within 14 days via email at pawa.by.art@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, or reach out through our social media channels.
Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original box or protective wrapping.
Ship the item back using a trackable and insured shipping service. PAWA is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
Refunds Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement.
