- 01Yes. It is free from CMR substances (carcinogenic, mutagenic, reprotoxic) and does not contain CoRAP or SVHC listed components. Once fully cured, it is safe for skin contact. → Epoxy is skin-safe after full polymerization (typically 7 days, Shore D 83).
- 02Yes. The metal passed the nickel release test according to EN 1811:2023 with results below detection level. It complies with REACH standards and is safe for skin contact.
- 03The metal components have passed EU nickel-release testing (REACH / EN 1811), with no detectable nickel release in the tested parts. They are generally considered suitable for sensitive skin. However, individual sensitivities may vary.
- 04The jewelry is intended for adults. Small parts may pose a choking hazard for children under 3 years.
- 05Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture to preserve clarity and color.
- 06To maintain the clarity and beauty of your epoxy resin jewelry: • Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. • Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, or cosmetics, as these can dull the finish. • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth — do not use alcohol or harsh chemicals. • Do not wear in the shower, pool, or sauna.
- 07Yes. Both the epoxy resin and metal components are compliant with REACH requirements and safe for consumers.
- 08Yes. Safety documentation (test reports and MSDS) is available upon request.
- 09We do not offer repairs. If the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. Damage caused after delivery is not covered.
- 10Our jewelry is handcrafted with care, but we are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, storage, or handling.
